As a valued Kinnser client, we recognize that you are uniquely qualified as a respected professional in the health care industry to help spread the Kinnser story. In exchange for your efforts to help us establish Kinnser as the solution for successful agencies, we would like to offer you this opportunity to earn a $500 referral fee for each reference you provide who becomes a Kinnser client (subject to the offer conditions below). Terms

Conditions of referral fee offer: A maximum of one fee per referred agency will be paid; A referral fee in the amount of $500 will be paid from Kinnser to the above named referral source upon satisfaction of all of the following conditions: 1) referred agency is not an existing Kinnser client, and 2) referred agency enters into a written licensing agreement with Kinnser after January 1, 2006 and prior to July 31, 2006 to utilize Kinnser Agency Manager® software, and 3) referred agency makes payments to Kinnser in full pursuant to licensing agreement for 90 days from effective date of agreement; In the event two or more Referral Fee Forms are received by Kinnser for the same referred agency, the referral fee will be paid solely to the named referral source in the first form received by Kinnser as determined by timestamp transmittal receipt generated by Kinnser's facsimile machine. Kinnser reserves the right to cancel this referral fee program at any time; this will not impact eligibility for referrals already acknowledged in writing from Kinnser to referral source.
